England World Cup Squad
England are one of the top sides in World Football and head to South Africa with strong ambitions of lifting the World Cup for the first time since 1966, Manager Fabio Capello has installed a new found confidence to the team and many believe he is the man to lead the team to glory this Summer.
England are packed full of world class players who are hoping to take the team to victory against Slovenia and beyond, the key men for England over recent years have been the likes of Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard. Those three players were in excellent form during the qualification for the World Cup with England booking their place in South Africa with ease, in fact they only lost one game on route to qualification.
Capello will be hoping that England can carry this form into the World Cup, he will be eager for his key players to stay fit and on form as we draw closer to the England World Cup Squad being announced.
